The AND-JSD4 series quartz flexible accelerometer is a high-temperature resistant and vibration-proof accelerometer. The product features excellent repeatability, start-up performance, high-temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and high reliability. It is suitable for both static and dynamic testing and serves as a standard vibration sensor. Employing a unique high-temperature and vibration-resistant design, encapsulation process, and dedicated circuitry, the product outputs a current proportional to the measured acceleration. It provides measurements for both static and dynamic acceleration. Users may calculate and select an appropriate sampling resistor to achieve high-precision output. An internal temperature sensor can be incorporated upon request to compensate for bias and scale factor, thereby reducing the impact of ambient temperature. It can directly replace QA650, T185, T160, and JAE series products. However, our dual-torque structure distinguishes it from competitors’ offerings, ensuring greater stability in accelerometer bias and scale factor. This proprietary technology has been in use since 2010, with thousands delivered. After years of application, it is now a mature product, extensively employed in drilling measurement while drilling (MWD) for petroleum drilling.<\/p>\n
