An ultra-high-precision CANopen dual-axis tilt sensor used in the field of industrial field control. It adopts industrial standard isolator CAN transceiver with resolution of 0.0005°, accuracy of 0.001°, and temperature drift of 0.0005°/°C. It is an industrial-grade product.
ADI has a built-in high-precision temperature sensor, which can correct the temperature drift of the sensor according to the change of the built-in temperature sensor to ensure the high repeatability of the product regardless of low temperature or high temperature environment. The output response frequency standard is up to 100Hz, which is suitable for various harsh working environments.
